Phase 1: Protect & Support Healing (Weeks 0–2)
Protect abdominal healing while restoring gentle movement and breathing control.
Phase 2: Restore Core & Pelvic Floor Control (Weeks 2–6)
Reintroduce abdominal activation and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Phase 3: Rebuild Strength & Stamina (Weeks 6–12)
Gradually increase strength and endurance for lifting, walking, and baby care tasks.
Phase 4: Return to Full Function & Exercise (12+ Weeks)
Progress toward long-term strength, confidence, and safe return to exercise.

Progress through each phase at a pace that feels appropriate for your recovery.
Only move forward when you can comfortably complete the previous stage without increased pain or swelling.
