Your physiotherapist is a Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT® Practitioner, with extensive NHS experience in postnatal and pelvic health recovery.

What’s Included
Every programme is bespoke, but typically includes:
- A detailed postnatal assessment (including abdominal and pelvic floor screening where appropriate)
Individualised 6-week recovery plan - Pelvic floor rehabilitation and pressure management training
- Core and abdominal recovery guidance (including diastasis recti support)
- Scar therapy advice (C-section or perineal, if needed)
- Progressive strength and mobility exercises
- Weekly physiotherapy input (home visit or virtual)
- Ongoing adjustments based on your healing and symptoms
