Physiotherapy After a Hospital Stay in Portsmouth

Coming home from hospital is often the hardest part. NHS community physiotherapy waiting lists can be long, and the first few weeks are when rehabilitation matters most.

We support people discharged from Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, Gosport War Memorial Hospital, as well as Royal County Hospital and Southampton General Hospital and private hospitals across the area.

We work in line with your consultant’s guidance and can usually see you within a week of discharge

Do I need a GP referral? No. You can book directly. If you’re under a consultant’s care, we’ll work in line with their recommendations.
