MoveWell brings specialist physiotherapy directly to your door across Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding towns – whether you’ve just come home from hospital, covering from surgery, have had a fall, or are rebuilding after birth. Our physiotherapists are NHS-trained, HCPC registered, and used to working in real homes with real stairs, real bathrooms and real families.

Robyn is a physiotherapist specialising in falls prevention and rehabilitation across Bournemouth and Poole, helping people rebuild strength, confidence and independence after injury, illness or a hospital stay. She also works in women’s health physiotherapy, supporting women to regain strength after pregnancy and birth. Coming home from hospital is often the hardest part. NHS community physiotherapy waiting lists can be long, and the first few weeks are when rehabilitation matters most.
We support people discharged from Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Poole Hospital, Christchurch Hospital, and private hospitals across the area.
We work in line with your consultant’s guidance and can usually see you within a week of discharge
Our structured 6-week programmes are the fastest route back to confident movement. Robyn carries out your initial assessment and final review personally; your associate physiotherapist delivers the weekly sessions in between. You also get online resources, progressive exercise videos and downloadable guides.

Dorset FAQs
Do you come to my home in Dorset? Yes. All our physiotherapy is delivered in your own home, across the county including Bournemouth and Poole and surrounding areas including verwood, west moors, ferndown and christcurch
How quickly can I be seen in Ferndown? We can usually offer a same-week appointment. If you’ve just been discharged from hospital, tell us when you call and we’ll prioritise you.
Do I need a GP referral? No. You can book directly. If you’re under a consultant’s care, we’ll work in line with their recommendations.
Do you cover Wimborne? Yes – by our Bournemouth & Poole team
Is there a travel charge? Usually no, travek is inclusive, however if you are out of the area we would still love to come and see you and can discuss a travel charge
