Our physiotherapists are NHS-trained, HCPC registered, and used to working in real homes with real stairs, real bathrooms and real families.

Katie is a specialist physiotherapist in Orthopaedics, Musculoskeltal and Women’s health, with a specialist interest in early post op rehabilitation and postnatal recovery and works within the NHS alongside leading MoveWell. She leads every 6-week recovery programme personally, carrying out your initial assessment and your final review. Robyn – Specialist Physiotherapist, Falls & Rehabilitation
Robyn specialises in falls prevention and rehabilitation across the New Forest, helping people rebuild strength, confidence and independence after injury, illness or a hospital stay. She also works in women’s health physiotherapy, supporting women to regain strength after pregnancy and birth. A keen hiker herself, Robin builds every programme around the things you actually want to get back to.

Coming home from hospital is often the hardest part. NHS community physiotherapy waiting lists can be long, and the first few weeks are when rehabilitation matters most.
We support people discharged from Lymington New Forest Hospital, Southampton General Hospital, Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Poole Hospital and private hospitals across the region.
We work in line with your consultant’s guidance and can usually see you within a week of discharge
Our structured 6-week programmes are the fastest route back to confident movement. Katie or Robyn will carry out your initial assessment and final review personally; your associate physiotherapist delivers the weekly sessions in between. You also get online resources, progressive exercise videos and downloadable guides.

Do you come to my home in the New Forest? Yes. All our physiotherapy is delivered in your own home, across the Forest, including Verwood, Fordingbridge, Lyndhurst and Totton
How quickly can I be seen in Hythe? We can usually offer a same-week appointment. If you’ve just been discharged from hospital, tell us when you call and we’ll prioritise you.
Do I need a GP referral? No. You can book directly. If you’re under a consultant’s care, we’ll work in line with their recommendations.
Do you cover Hythe? Yes – by our New Forest team
Is there a travel charge? No, travel is usually inclusive of price depending on where you are, but please get in touch and we can chat, we’d love to come and visit you and can discuss travel costs if necessary
